Thanks for the congrats, but we are a group, so I cant take all the credit!

I definitely agree with the fact that developing virtual estate is vital right now. Imagine where the guys and girls who got in early are! This is a critical point in the evolution of the net, so theres an amazing amount of opportunity out there!

You make an extremely valid point here - and it absolutely takes gumption and some determination to get out of that rut. People think I'm nuts because I'm always working on something - I'm writing, I'm consulting, blogging, constantly developing new streams of income. While they are small streams right now, each day I look forward to getting closer to my goal - each day I envision my streams turning into merging rivers. It's a shame that people wait until they see the flood before they want to get on board, but then it will be too late.
Right now is the time everyone should be investing in new the real estate (virtual estate) - it requires the least amount of investment with the best potential for high returns.
I see you gettin' your hustle on - and I'm impressed. Congratulations to you again for winning the Iron Blogger Award!

I've done this before too. It's a good way to generate some cash flow that people overlook. Community bulletin boards at grocery stores or banks are another. Good post.

Accountable risk is the best kind to work with yet so many don't take the time to calculate it accurately. Good drop!

I haven't succeeded in everything I've ever done but I've learned from everything I've ever done. Success isn't a measure of what you do as much as it is that you do, consistently, without fail, do. Good drop fam!
